Good luck! Is it after 4 of 4 they do more blood counts/scans to assess how well it's working?

I ache a fair bit , which pisses me off and I get tired and breathless very quickly but considering the situation I'm doing really well (imo), had a good weekend a Cadwell which improved my spirits somewhat as I was feeling a bit down and sorry for myself .

yes after 4/4 I get a dose of radiation to the brain and a full body scan , it's only been thorax abdomen and pelvis scans up to now.

I'm glad you felt your spirits lift post-Cadwell, that's really great.

I had a chat with the radiologist on wednesday and they were telling me that they use a different dye solution when they do a full body scan , they use a radioactive dye combined with a sugar for these scans as they cancer cells "light up like a christmas tree " because of the sugar , cancer loves sugar apparently so I am doing my best to cut it out of my diet , just as well I have gone off of tea that must save me a good 12 -20 teaspoons a day but also means no biscuits , cakes puddings etc . I was having trouble sleeping for any duration , I wake up due to either coughing, nausea , sweating or aching after 2-3 hrs and it's diificult to get back to sleep until the symptoms have passed (generally about an hour ) so to combat this I have changed the timing and method of the application of my herbal remedy , I have been taking cannabis oil as a suppository in the mornings this method of application gives you all the apparent benefits but you don't get off your tits all day , not that I'm averse to that , instead I am taking a small amount orally last thing at night and am finding that I sleep much better and don't feel as nauseous in the morning .
