I have an auto rule set for anything I am copied in on that they go in a binCav wrote:First day back. 50 emails. 2 which were direct to me.

I have another rule, I will reply to an email once and if they reply back I pick up the phone and speak to them. If anything contractual/important comes out of the conversation I put it back to them in an email on the lines of as agreed in our conversation.
Obviously, I don't do that with my Mum, but I am seriously considering this format for my wife.

I've got 10 folders and about 6 Apps on my screen meaning that everything is on one page. She actively removes items from folders to have them across 16 pages instead but it's alright... because it's alphabetical
