An ice cold pint of Cider. It hit places I didn't know my throat had.

Pope of Dope from Fixed Wheel Brewery. It's a lemon and hibiscus pink saison. Basically it looks like a pint of pinkish red squash and tastes like a slightly sour summer fruit drink. It's dangerous as it's very refreshing, not fizzy and doesn't taste like it's got booze in it.

Tried a new Vermouth as a pre-dinner aperitif - Bordiga, really good and very Italian, a couple of sips and my mouth was really salivating, it's an ideal "palate opener".
I'll be replacing the bottle when it runs out.

I'm having a beer on a school night. I found a cold pale ale in the fridge and it looked lonely.

G&T really starting to enjoy it now..
I know a couple on here like a drop of gin too. Any recommendations for a decent gin? Don't want any bank breakers, but something you can enjoy of an evening.

I'd try a bottle of Hendricks with a Fever Tree tonic, both are good quality and sing when put together, but they're a strong flavour, if you prefer a sweeter and not so "in your face" flavour I'd try a Haymans Old Tom and Schweppes tonic. Either choice is good, it just depends on what your tastes are, what are you enjoying at the moment?

Had a couple of Negronis last night as a treat after a day at the races, feeling a touch jaded today.
