Cheers!
I got a new top speed as well so I'm happy with that - 27.9mph on my clapped out old mountain bike

I've never had DOMs in my lats like this before. They feel very bruised.

Well done, Perks!! Absolutely smashing the recovery mate...
I was on my way to the gym when my gf said no one is cooking tonight and there's nothing in so I blasted the cycle to get home and showered.
I ate a lovely chicken breast with chilli/pulled pork and salad

My bikes getting serviced as soon as my legs can walk one hour with 50% less pain than I have now I'm getting back on two wheels

DOMS has got to be a welcome change from the neuro pain you're enduring.

Re: The new improved fitness thread
There has to be something in that. You'll be building up muscle as well so I reckon that's got to assist.

I can't see it being a negative, Perks! Increased blood flow is always a good thing (unless you've severed an artery)

Re: The new improved fitness thread
Ok so just done another 1,50 minutes, stupid stinging nerve pain wont go though
Hopefully in time ,might do some squats in a proper gym in the winter if I keep improving and healing
The last two weeks I've loaded up on creatine and hbm it's seems to have made a noticeable difference to my muscle pain
