Changing Sarah's Mac password to "ILoveBumSex". She doesn't know how to change it back and if she types it in often enough well you never know .............

Stripping an old laptop down and sorting it out so it runs a bit quicker.
I miss the old days of building my own computers. I don't understand the current versions of Windows enough to do the stuff I would like to do, nor do I have the time, but it's been nice spending some time doing some tweaks and having a play around with it.

It was mum mums birthday yesterday so I bought her some chocolates (Milk Tray) some wine and a bunch of flowers. And then went to the local garden centre because she wanted a plant for outside in the garden so got her that too

Work. Bored. I need a holiday. 3 weeks touring the far east would be fun. Who's with me?

I can't afford the holiday or the time off work
If I win the lottery though I'll let you all know. Probably by sending you a postcard

How far will £3.99 get me?

A cheap padlock for the garden shed.. as long as you have a wifi signal out there and take a suitable enjoyment factor it's as good as you'll getMonty wrote:I'm in, really need a family holiday. i.e. a holiday away from the family.

Finally get home after 2 hours due to a crash on the m6. Get to the gym, do my warm up, set up the squat rack and there's a power cut.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Spent a large amount of today at the local hospital with my 80yr old Mum after she took a tumble off of her back door step this morning and managed to break her hip quite badly, which will need to be fixed during an operation over the weekend.
The irony is that she stumbled on a 3 day old step that was designed and fitted to improve her accessibility, but habits a difficult thing to break and she's gotten used to the house the way it's been since she moved in 1971.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Sorry to hear, same thing happened to my Nan. She had a short little two step out of her front door. After living there 30 yrs my Uncle decided it was unsafe and built her a safer exit, with a railings and all. A week later she took a tumble on it and broke her hip.Deegee wrote:Spent a large amount of today at the local hospital with my 80yr old Mum after she took a tumble off of her back door step this morning and managed to break her hip quite badly, which will need to be fixed during an operation over the weekend.
