Had cottage pie last night with real mince (we usually eat the Quorn mince) but this was fantasic

Hmmmm.....it's only 9.30AM-ish....pots & plates are washed and put away, etc.....and I'm already seriously considering 3rd breakfast.

And then what to do for lunch.

That is without doubt the best pork belly I've ever eaten. Very crisp skin, incredibly soft pork, nicely seared scallop and a punchy mustard side dressing.

Main was spinach and ricotta ravioli with truffle cheese sauce and pudding was lemon basil panna cotta.

Excellent food. I'm stuffed.

Oh that sounds delicious. Duck is my fave poultry. Too many people feck it up though. And it's hard to get hold of here. (= pricey!)

Last night I had pasta veg and chicken. My missus was out for the night (she went to a driving range for a birthday ousting- definitely something different) so I had to cook for myself I then had a massive bowl of ice cream and had a sugar crash and fell asleep!!
