Hmmmm.....it's only 9.30AM-ish....pots & plates are washed and put away, etc.....and I'm already seriously considering 3rd breakfast.
And then what to do for lunch.
I'm living life on the edge!!.....the edge of a potato chip.

Treated myself to some top nosh. Pork belly starter with a spinach and posh sounding cheese ravioli.

That is without doubt the best pork belly I've ever eaten. Very crisp skin, incredibly soft pork, nicely seared scallop and a punchy mustard side dressing.

Main was spinach and ricotta ravioli with truffle cheese sauce and pudding was lemon basil panna cotta.
Excellent food. I'm stuffed.

Oh that sounds delicious. Duck is my fave poultry. Too many people feck it up though. And it's hard to get hold of here. (= pricey!)
Methinks we need another recipe thread.

Been there done that, always that little bit behind aren't you BladeBlade wrote:Fish n Chip Friday
Was a nice fish, it had been a bit average the last few swings. Finished it of with a mint and chocolate ice cream.

Re: What are you eating ??
Last night I had pasta veg and chicken. My missus was out for the night (she went to a driving range for a birthday ousting- definitely something different) so I had to cook for myself I then had a massive bowl of ice cream and had a sugar crash and fell asleep!!
