Re: What ails you today?
Man-flu has returned, I thought it had gone. Maybe the run on Thursday wasn't such a good idea.

Recovering from this
Let's say my encouragement of said activities may be a tad regretted in the sober light of day

Re: What ails you today?
Today I have leprosy.
.....Or at least sommit pretty close to it. I bought some new bedding the other day and there must be some wool in it....and I'm allergic to wool.
My skin burns with the force of a thousand napalm daggers at the moment.
Other than that Im doing canny.

According to the medic, viral gastroenteritis
Spend all night squirting with the odd spew thrown in for good measure.
Just waiting for the medic to get up so I can get a review and hopefully told to stay in my room today as I’m dehydrated to buggery and I’ve had about 3 hrs broken sleep. Plus the back end hasn’t finished its fun.

Knee.
I'm going to request an amputation if that will get rid of the pain.
Over half of this year has been spent in tremendous, exhausting and unrelenting pain.

Re: What ails you today?
Nope. Got physio again this friday but still waiting for my referral to the musculo-skeletal team.
Last thing someone said to me was frayed ligaments and pinched cartilage.. other trains of thoughts are MCL with secondary ACL. No two professionals have agreed so far which is always a positive sign.

Re: What ails you today?
A splitting fcuking headache!!
Very rare that I get a headache at all, so when I do I usually need an ER Dr...a nurse, an IV drip, jaws-of-life, etc.
Or 2 Advil.

Re: What ails you today?
I finally seem to be getting somewhere with my shoulder. After a years worth of pain and a hell of a lot of pain killers I am now down to one or two a day.
It's amazing what can happen with the right physio working on you.

That's good news, that shoulder has been troubling you for some time.
D41, you have my sympathies. I hate headaches. I still get mine from time to time

Re: What ails you today?
I woke up early yesterday morning in bouts of hot sweats (wet duvet and sheet) followed immediately by freezing cold shivers. I got up to use the toilet then found myself vomiting all morning.
I have still got the hypersensitivity in terms of anything touching my skin stings and my joints are all inflamed. The only thing that feels normal is my vision.
Oh, I also have a bleeding and painful ear/earache :/
