Don't get me wrong Duke I'm really chuffed for him and hate to be negative, but these "loans" 10 years from now will be just like the 40% tax. Envisaged for the rich and then brought to the masses

I'm not disagreeing with you, mate.

To an extent the tuition should be free as long as its a degree that makes some sense in terms of what its training/educating the student for but no amount of yelling will change that now and to be fair from what i have seen on the visits we have made the quality of the environment in which they will be learning has been brought on in leaps and bounds in the last few years.
