Trying to find out where one of my experts has disappeared to. The buggers have a habit of getting caught up in something else just when you need them to finish something for you.

Nipping into the Council tip then Lidls after (1m away), to see if I can pick up some Kabanossi and mustard form their Polish week. If I can avoid puffing like a steam train I'll be clearing some of the garden up later as well, it looks a disgrace after the winter storms.

I did get a funny look when I dismissed on bed the sales lady showed me because 'it had no where to tie up to' .Cav wrote:kinky!kiwikrasher wrote:Bed shopping
Actually just went to get a new mattress for an old base I've had stored in the shed for years and ended up buying a full suite.

Wife is at work, daughter is in Switzerland. I've got my lad.
I've got my geek on and am seeing what I can rescue from a couple of deceased laptops.
A bloke is coming round for the old zx6r plastics.
Searching for some zx6r rearsets
Feeding the spiders
Tidying the house up ready for our guests
Ditching the lad
Having some food and out for drinks

It must be a day for it. The guy who was supposed to be picking up my plastics failed to show up.

Museum of Science and industry Manchester.
Really good exhibition on for gaming. Thought we would take the kids but tbh I'm lovng it.
All the modern stuff like VR, xbox one and PS4 but they have mega drives, atari, bbc computer games etc......and a proper blast from the past joy sticks instead of Controllers.
The museum have done it really well with 90 min time slots so plenty of access to consoles and a funky disco theme to the whole room with a DJ booth and chill out cafe.
Great family fun on a wet Saturday then into to down for some food.

Re: What are you doing today ??
The cadets showed up eventually.
They ran into a closed M54 and an accident at the other end of the diversion!
Not their fault so I can't really be too ticked off.
Actually, I wasn't mad at all, it gave me a chance to go over the briefing before I delivered it.
And have a cup of tea.
And a poop.

A load of odd jobs and repairs around the house that I've left for far too long to do.

Re: What are you doing today ??
I've found a shop specialising in enclosures for various reptiles, amphibians and inverts. I've been in touch with them about getting a custom made set up for my new spider. It won't be cheap but it should look good once it's set up.
This is the sort of stuff they do. Mine should look something like the one at the bottom
