Gym totty was poor. There was a massive female competitor there tonight with massive fake boobs to go with the steroid muscles.
I would be tempted just to see if I survived.

My aikido session in taekwondo went down very well. It was good to see Alex enjoying taekwondo again, he joined in with the sparring.

Re: The new improved fitness thread
My first week in Cyprus consisted of zero gym sessions and 3 tubes of Pringles.
I'm on nights for the next fortnight and this gives me the opportunity to slope off in quieter parts of the shift for a cheeky hour down the gym.
I've started doing a new programme...
https://www.muscleandstrength.com/worko ... -meal-plan" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
A 6 day split alternating between push/pull/legs.
After being on physio for so long I probably should have eased my way into a more advanced program, but hey, I've only got 16 more weeks here so I might as well get stuck in.
I've done a push session and a pull session so far, my body is politely telling me "What the **** are you doing?" by way of DOMS, but that's only telling me I've had a decent workout.
I've also managed to go for a run this week as well. 2.51 miles in 24:37 is a little off my UK pace but it'll get better.
Feels good to be back working out properly again. Although I am getting very sweaty out here!

Good back and chest session last night with my trainer. Spurred on by a Miss UK Fitness contestant doing stretches near-by for about 30 minutes.

My google skills have not failed me

Before people scream "she's too muscly" she's not in show trim at the moment so she's not all veiny and pumped up like she is in a lot of her photos.

To put it politely she's a bit "princessy"
Her sister seems to be a lot more friendly and down to earth.
Neither of them can kick or punch.

I like them both!
The fact that neither of them can kick or punch is just a bonus.
Or would be.
Once they get to know me.

Re: The new improved fitness thread
Superset legs. I started off with leg press and back squats. Big mistake. I felt sick for the rest of the session.
