Yeah I have heard the trick doesn't work reliably once you have all three.Cav wrote:That's what I've been using but only ever get Jolteon now regardless of name

Re: Pokemon Go
Nice.
Chessington has pokestops every 20m so I'm full with items. Had to delete a load of stuff to get more eggs. 9 eggs hatching, 1 2km, 2 10km and the rest 5km.

Re: Pokemon Go
I went into Gloucester and had 3 megastops; 30 different pokestops never returning to a previous stop. I got 2x 6 items and 1x 7 items. My bag was full on several occasions, I deleted all potions but have around 8 super/hyper potions.
I only have 2k and 5k eggs and have a 5k on the go at the moment. Nearly got enough to evolve my Jigglypuff

Re: Pokemon Go
I have no idea what Pokemon is...except the ex. bought Matthew a Peek-a-chew (????) clock when he was a baby that used to scare him to death.
Then I saw the price of the thing, and I got a bit scared myself.

Re: Pokemon Go
Managed to bag a few pokemon over the last couple of days. I'm now at level 22.
Nothing special caught or hatched but it has allowed me to evolve a couple of Eevee's, a Geodude to Graveler, get a better Golduck, Weepingbell and Cloyster, and evolved others into Venomoth, Dewgong, Gengar and Slowbro.

Re: Pokemon Go
Took my lad up to Birmingham city centre. He's chuffed, he went up about 4 levels and found a load of new pokemon.
I managed to top up some existing ones and hatched a few eggs, the worst was a 10km egg which was an eevee, the best a 1262 Magmar. Got my first Mr Mime, evolved a Parasect and an Eevee into a 1582 Vaperon.

Re: Pokemon Go
I had a great weekend of hunting..
Caught 2 Rhydons in quick succession, a CP992 Starmie, CP1111 Blastoise, Wartortle, Growlithe, Kabuto, Diglett Voltorbs, hatched a Doduo, got a Hypno over CP1100, ruled a gym for 3 days and caught various other pokemon.

Re: Pokemon Go
Blimey. That's very good. Where were you to get all of those?
I'm off to London a couple of times over the next fortnight so I'm hoping I can put my taxi journeys to good use.

Re: Pokemon Go
All around the suburbs of Gloucester. The best spot (although I only caught Clefairy's, Eevees and Weepingbells there) is at Robinswood Hill as there are 3 pokestops close enough together that you can sit in one spot and get all 3. There's almost always lures on at least 2 of them.
I've been using fast poke maps (dot) se which is a bit hit and miss but it does help you out. I couldn't find a geodude that was nearby though :/

Re: Pokemon Go
When I was out with my lad on Sunday there is an area around the Cathedral which has 6 pokestops. The place was packed with people and all 6 had lures going.
I wasn't getting anything useful from that fastpokemaps.
There are rumours and alleged screenshots of a new tracker system for the game but I'm not holding my breath.

Re: Pokemon Go
I just tried a new one but it was just spinning the loading icon.
There's numerous stops around the Cathedral in Gloucester, the only decent thing I caught was Omnymite and that was a short walk away from the Cathedral.
Fast poke maps is okay.. the best way I've found of making it work is to press the arrow for your location, start the scan, press the arrow again and then press the screen for the area of interest. Zoom out once it's finished and it'll show various areas around you. I've learned a lot of the spawn sites this way so when it doesn't work I just drive from one to the other once I see something nearby.

Re: Pokemon Go
It would be good if they refreshed the spawn sites so you're not getting the same thing all the time.
I still want a Pikachu.
