Re: What are you drinking?
Yep, but they're all available to buy from somewhere, it's just finding out who's selling each item I get sent, the December tonic I had was from London Essence and the info about it says it's available from Harvey Nichols - must be more outlets, but you get the picture.
The Glendalough is a seasonal gin using foraged botanicals - so the the flavour changes according to whats growing. More info on the link if you're interested.

A large Arbikie and fever tree - given my day, it probably won't be the last.

Re: What are you drinking?
Apple juice... it's the closest thing I can find to cider out here. Seriously considering mixing in some alcohol based hand sanitiser to see if I can get a hit off it

Sounds like you need some baking yeast from the kitchens to get it to ferment......kiwikrasher wrote:Apple juice... it's the closest thing I can find to cider out here. Seriously considering mixing in some alcohol based hand sanitiser to see if I can get a hit off it

An Australian Shiraz.
Not my usual choice. My boss got it for me for Christmas.

Re: What are you drinking?
Which one was it Kwacky? I'm not much of a Shiraz fan myself but had some good Aussie Cab's and Merlot. My favourite red is a Pino from Nz.Kwacky wrote:That Shiraz was horrible.
Replaced with a 2007 rioja gran reserva.

Re: What are you drinking?
Won't be drinking it for a couple of weeks till i get home but just ordered three gins I haven't tried from Duty Free for pick up on the way home.
A Sipsmith London Dry, A Jinzu (sake and rose blossom infused) and a Westwinds Broadside (58% abv).
I've had the Westwinds Cutlass (50% abv) and Sabre (43% abv) before and both are a great drop.
