We had a discussion today about future events. It looks like we're not doing the Isle of Man trip.
Godzilla mentioned hiring somewhere and having a decent biking weekend around that area. That sounds like a top idea to me.
I realise that where ever we go it'll be too far for some people. I can only apologise about that and suggest that the next event be at the other end of the country.
So how about we think of somewhere and a date? My suggestion is Cumbria way 5/6/7th Sept.
There's no racing that weekend, it's after the school holidays, the weather should still be good.
What say you?

It sounds a great idea. I would be in like a shot if I weren't off to Qatar for 4 months at the end of August. Maybe next year.

Potentially, I'm in. Need to check with the one who controlls the diary to be sure.

Sounds like a great idea, but I can't do this year with the wedding etc. Would love a Scotland one too. I really enjoy Isle of Mann, but exploring other places would be good.

This sounds like a fest in the making! Something that could be the new isle of man possibly?!

Re: Slappapalooza
Believe it or not but looking at my dairy only weekend available all year would be 27/28/29 June so not possible for me but good idea and would be interested next year.
Up for plenty of ride outs though.
