D, you can't knock the NHS went it comes to Kids they are unbelievably good, having seen it first hand on numerous occasions. There's no where else in the world I'd want my kids if they were ill.
Old people and the terminally ill, that's a different story. Sadly!

im not knocking the nhs I think its brilliant but overloaded with timewasters, ive seen 1st hand how good they can be when they have time and are funded properly. They saved my daughters live twice and were exceptional with immediate and after care
btw I dont work there either my daughter had a nasty accident yesterday and was treated last night, treatment was great waiting time was dreadful

Crap Perks, hope she doing ok. Never good dealing with a sick of injured child. And I get your frustration at A&E. Get the same here.
i had waited 4 hrs one day and was 2 away from my turn (stitches again ) and a poor lass came in doubled in pain. She'd had surgery a couple of days earlier. They just put her in line. I was so worried about her I asked that she could take my spot. They said fine. Two people go in and she's still waiting. When I questioned why she hadn't gone in, they said 'oh we can't move her up, we just moved you to the back of the line'. I waited another 3 hrs.

Happiness is not a destination. It is a way of life.

Twots who can't drive 4x4s or SUV or whatever the feck they're called these days.
You should have a licence for something that size. Twits this morning drifting in their lanes, thinking they've not got enough room one side, moving over, panicking, moving back the way they were and so on. Feckwits.

Re: What do you want to vent about today?
People who don't move over when your on a bike in national and they insist on doing 35-40MPH and not exceeding that...if you see a faster moving vehicle and the road is clearly a fast road then move the f+ck over and let them go past!! Encountered a few people like that but must admit it really was only a few I was relatively surprised with how many motorists do pull over and let you go through on the weekend trip

Yep......cars are getting bigger, commensurate with their owners.....the IQs are shrinking in response....and the roads, they stay the same.Kwacky wrote:Twots who can't drive 4x4s or SUV or whatever the feck they're called these days.

They really should redo the weight classifications for a lot of vehicles, they are WAAAY past their time for a revamp....or at the very least a review.

The weather
Took me 7.5 hours to do a 4 hour journey mainly as the foul weather encouraged people to throw there cars into the scenery.
Snow It's nearly May for crying out loud
