Re: Pokemon Go
NB some people who have updated their Pokémon Go app have reported losing their progress, so if any of you play it and haven't updated it, don't.

Re: Pokemon Go
I updated mine and it's fine - wouldn't have updated it if I knew though.
Wish they'd put the footprints back in and sort the issue with the distance changing

Re: Pokemon Go
I updated and it was ok for me.
They got rid of the tracking as it was slowing the servers down. No idea if they intend to bring it back.
Pokevision is a good way of finding them.

Re: Pokemon Go
Pokevision is good... when it works.
I downloaded an APK for something PokeScanner. It could be better than PokeVision if it was quicker but neither of them show all the pokemon.
I had a Pikachu nearby the other day, went onto both of these and it wasn't on the map. Couldn't find it in the end

Re: Pokemon Go
I've had 3 Meowths now from 5k eggs.
I've got 2 x 10km and 2 x 5km eggs on the go at present. I'm hoping to get all 4 hatched today if the dog fancies a long walk

I think I must be loosing my command of language, because I only seem to understand about half the words in this thread.
Maybe about 32psi, or perhaps your EXUP valve is jammed.?

Re: Pokemon Go
There was a Porygon near me yesterday but like you say, I couldn't find it.
Niantic are taking the mick at the minute.. I was using PokeVision because I couldn't use the footsteps to track but now they've stopped both of them

I've got 2 of those Porygon.
I seem to get repeats of what I've got. I can't remember the last time there was a new pokemon to be caught.

Every now and again there's a Dratini and/or Dragonair at work but I've never managed to catch one. There's also the odd vileplume popping up and venomoth

Re: Pokemon Go
After three weeks offshore I was hanging to do some Pokemon, got it out for 3 minutes and the kids started scrapping over it so it went back in my pocket.
I'll go to the park tomorrow while they are in school

Re: Pokemon Go
You have to find a gym.
At present there isn't a way to have a 1 on 1 fight with someone.

Re: Pokemon Go
Saw someone playing pokemon. Tried to initiate combat. Threw my phone at them but just knocked them out. Think I;m missing something.
