Re: What are you eating ??
If it's working for you I'd keep regularly taking the kefir, it's transformed the life of a old family friend of mine. He had major problems with his guts for about 20 years and then got prostrate cancer. They couldn't operate because his gut was in such a bad way, so he tried kefir.Perkles wrote:I've had some days with less pain especially my feet and legs, all illness starts in the gut and mine is wrecked from the antibiotics they gave meMonty wrote:Any good for you? Total sorted his gut and then had the operation for the prostrate cancer, and he's back to full health. Never seen him look better!

Re: What are you eating ??
I bought the seeds and add organic milk everyday,it ferments after about 24 hours and the seeds grow
You are supposed to take it last thing at night on an empty stomach to heal tthe gut overnight
One day I'll be back on two wheels

A bag of Pastino's, pesto flavour, exceedingly tasty and will be buying more if I can find out where to get them again (Lidl offer).

Bangers and mash, with peas and corn.

Re: What are you eating ??
I ate far too much yesterday. I had a sausage baguette with chips (didn't finish it all) then I had a Shepard pie (couldn't finish it all)

Re: What are you eating ??
Deany's away for the weekend. So last night I made myself a Beef Stroganoff with some strips of beef (which I trimmed off a roasting joint she has resting for a Sunday lunch on Monday) fresh mushrooms, fresh onions etc & basmati rice.
I'm not used to cooking for one these days, and rather overestimated on all the ingredients.
Still, would have been a crime to waste it so (with the aid of a bottle of Shiraz) I guzzled it over the course of the evening.
Feeling it a bit today though.

Went for a Mexican after the flicks. Pulled pork Chimichanga with all the extras, then a lime sorbet to finish. Spot on restaurant,

Mrs Gee splashed out yesterday on a fantastic rib of beef, suffice to say it was succulent and flavoursome. Carnivorous gnawing of bones did take place.

Re: What are you eating ??
Last night did the lamb rack again and some rib eye steaks. Marinaded the lot for 24 hrs in a 'afrika' marinade. Basically a peri peri based maniac with lime and ginger.
Meat was so tender and yummy, sided with mash and vege.
