Thanks. I had to resort to mounting weights on top of the machine as the mounting arms were full.. quite an ego trip going that heavy to be honest.

I'll be dropping down to probably 400kg from now on and going for 10 sets of 5

One of the leg presses at my gym has 4 holders, you can get 8 plates on each one and the leg press plate is 53kg, so anytime you feel like trying 853kg give me a shout :D

Haha.. brilliant! Ours is only rated to 400kg so I'm already at risk of being banned - oops.

No chance of that weight, I could probably do 550kg but I really don't want to go any heavier, it's my knees that are aching today, not my muscles - if that's not a warning sign I don't know what is

16 miles on the trails after work yesterday. Suffered towards the end having done the 12 only 2 days before.

I'm having a sports massage tonight. I've not had one for months. This is going to hurt.

I could do with a sports massage.

I've been suffering with a cold yet again this week and as such, last nights gym session was hopeless. Upper body session but pull ups were difficult and I was doing half my normal weight for chest press - my shoulder was hurting too from where I didn't have the strength to support it.

I've been cycling to and from the gym though and that's getting tough this week.. 17 minutes there, 23 minutes back

Yesterday, gym in the morning. Leg press, weighted lunges, and super sets between weighted squats and the dreadmill at 12kph.

Evening, 6.5 mile (fairly rapid) trail run.

Today, my body is cooked!

I've managed to lose nearly a stone since the turn of the tear through improved diet and increasing my running.

8 minute miles are comfortable now. Need to do a 10k to test it out for a PB.

Back and shoulders, but my left arm/shoulder hurts, so I did abs instead of shoulders.

Leg day today with my PT, got my calves pumped up nicely then had to tackle stairs (facepalm)

Last session with Vicky because she is off to the leeds branch to be an assistant manager. So she left me with a walk like a newborn giraffe :D

Muscle ups / Dips / Handstand Push ups until positive failure for each superset with shuttle sprints.

I managed 30 minutes before I was feeling feint and packed it in to water my lawn

11 and a bit mile run round the local Portugal trails and roads. Not sure that there wasn't some trespassing involved going through vin yards and orange groves, but it was a lovely run.

I went to the gym last night as I had a session booked with my PT. As I wasn't feeling great I managed to persuade Mrs Kwacky to come with me, that way she could have my session if I couldn't do it.

My trainer trained both of us. It meant I could get some rest between exercises. I didn't push myself but at least I got out of the house.

Mrs Kwacky has joined my gym, so I'm training her at the moment. It means less time for me to work out but I'm hoping she'll pick it up. Once she knows how to do the exercises she'll need less coaching. Back and shoulders tonight.

Club run last night. 25/25.

Choose a pace and run out for 25 mins, then turn round and run back faster. Ran with a mate of mine and we did 8:30's out and 8's on the way back, we nailed the pacing perfectly.
