Foamed bike (ignore my finger madam) Shiney...
If you zoom the second pic you can see i've sorted the old mirror points by reversing the brackets so the holes point down - looks better.
New CNC chain adjusters, dipstick and oil plug can be seen too. I've also fitted the cnc gear linkage and new valve caps. Oh and a titanium rear wheel bolt. So much lighter i'll be so fast now

Put the heated grips on this morning.
And people wonder why Brits are obsessed with the weather.

It's still bloody freezing. Thick gloves and heated grips this morning. The ride into work seemed to take forever.

left it in the garage today, would have been better off with a boat than a vehicle with wheels

started replacing the front brakes on the ten.
out go the tokico blocks and in come a couple of nissins, new hel race-ish pads and time to fit the slicks i believe.
off to Pembrey on May 26th for a play day.

Well yesterday rolled it out to go into town and found fork oil all over my front tyre. Tried the film trick up under the seal to clear any debris and washed the oil off with soapy water. Got into town and the side of the tyre was coated again. Fork still leaking. So very careful trip home and going to have to book it in for a fork seal change. I’ve done them before but I’m not keen on stripping a electronic adjusted fork. Plus you always seem to need at least one specialist tool and I can’t be bothered manufacturing yet another one.
Happiness is not a destination. It is a way of life.

Took the Versys to Kawasaki to check on the super Duke GT for Stonsie. It's booked in for a service before France. They've booked me a 1290Adventure S to use while the Versys is in.
Sprocket nuts changed as well.
