Breakfast: feckin huge fryup (4 sausages, 3 bacon, 2 hash browns, beans, tomato and toast)

Lunch: chicken and bacon sarnie

Dinner: lamb curry.

What am I doing tomorrow: going to the gym and not standing on the scales

Apple Pie, I seem to have become obsessed with making an apple pie, attempt today was a good one, except I overload on the ginger... not to worry still tasted lovely....

Had kiwi visitors last night so we did a big lamb roast and BBQ cook up.

So this morning for breakfast I just had a leftovers delight

Roast lamb and caramelised onion with sweet potato fries with garlic aioli on a toast English muffin. Fooking delicious.
