Got some parts back for the rs250
I have had the front sub-frame modded so it can hold the ecu, Battery, regulator and fuse box now i can start wiring the bike.
A bit of a test fit with the dash.

Wiring is just about done
Its took some work and made some changes to how i wired it up and what i used. Its so compact at the front of the bike with every thing being on top of each other

Very professional looking mate, - dare I say possibly better than the Italians original workmanship.
Will the headlamps still fit (along with the HID conversions) ??

No headlight not running one i could maybe get a small endurance type light in there i think but i dont want to run one anyway.but running a brake/tail light.
Not wrong about Italian wiring. It seems very basic on the rs, I have had to use some of the original connectors and had to rewire them as the wires are badly corroded. I thought this was just the loom i had chosen but i have another loom that was in a similar state.

Not sure why but the image is not showing for me but I know it will be to the usual high Rocket standards.
What did insurance say about no headlight mate ? Years ago I enquired about not having one on the SP and they were not prepared to cover me without one.

Not really looked its not going on the road much. Im hoping i can get it on a classic policy if there anything like the card ones they are much more relaxed.

No pics as nothing to Show but 2 days setting up the power valves want them SPOT on as they make a big difference to low end power and if they are strained can break and fall into the engine.

Been working on the bike here and there. It now runs
after a couple of teething problems.
It sounds nice and I'm pleased that its pretty much all in order .I have booked a setup/dyno day for April 21st first date i could get with the guy Hope fully will get to give it shake down before.
I picked up some new front and side fairings for it and have been fitting them over the last few days I'm pleased with how they have come up.
