I use "OFF!" for mossies & bugs. Bit expensive out here but works great out on the MTB trails.

Well after the bung back which is nearly right again, then the mystery rash which has receded to about a 1/2 of what it was, I now seem to have picked up a chest infection & head cold.

Fecking over it!

Yup, apparently everyone's been hit with it while I've been away, not fair on me to miss out it seems!

Haven't been able to shake this cough and head flu. Constantly bringing up crap off my lungs. Coughing so much now I've got a constant headache, sore ribs and bringing up bits of blood. Was that weezy last night I was getting light headed, so I had a crack on my daughters inhaler and that seemed to help a bit.

So after being told off by Jess for leaving it so long I'm off to the doctors in an hour.

So bloody over it.

Got a chest X-ray today but thankfully no pneumonia. I've been put on ventilon as it seems this virus has given me bronchitis.

School holidays just started Perkles, we get it every year and the Christmas holidays too. Christmas is normally worse for us, we tent to get things like measles, mumps etc. etc. thrown in for good measure!

I'm just pissed off cause I picked it up of a guy Offshore. He turned up riddled a week before I left. Prick had sick leave but didn't use it. So instead he infected a bunch of us due out and has right royaly screwed my break at home.

I hate pricks who do that. There's a partner in this wing and she's forever coming in with colds.

A muscle in the small of my back. I pulled it on Monday, but with lots of heat and massage it subsided to a bearable level until Thursday morning when I moved incorrectly and sent it off again, however this time it hasn't responded to the heat and massage. It's blooming painful and means I'm standing crooked all the time. I'm supposed to be working in the garage today, and I can't even stand straight! Grr!

Just ordered my 3rd box of codeien. I'm getting worried about the amount of paracetamol in putting into my body note so have booked another appointment with the gp to discuss.

Apparently the dose of paracetamol in on is with safe bounds, just.

GP said the physio obviously isn't working, so has sent me off for an x-ray but may also need an MRI or ultrasound scan to work out what the problem really is.

At least I feel like in getting somewhere..... Except high on codein that is..

Same as the last 4+ months... agony from my knee.

Booked into the sports injury clinic this afternoon, i'm hoping it is something simple but the pain seems to be getting worse day-by-day - I can't even go up stairs without being in pain
