I'm fatter than a fat thing who has found his appetite doing the fat festival of fattimas. I need to do a proper look around at the weekend for a new gym. Eating like you're training when you're not training isn't the best approach.

I've bitten the bullet and signed up at a local Easy Gym. I'll give it try this evening.

Did boxercise at the new gym. Feck me, what a step up. The instructor is evil. The 10 minute warm up almost floored me. He was showing me some techniques and despite me leathering him, him not using pads his hands weren't moved by my punches, I've never felt so weak even though I know they were good punches.

I quite like it. I am still finding my way around and working out what equipment they've got and how that fits in with my workouts. It's a bit strange having it all in one open area but I suppose that's how they get so much stuff in there and keep the costs down.

The staff seem to be a bit miserable, if you see any of them. They also seem to be a bit low on some equipment, like bar weights and the usual clip ons for cable work.

But for the money you really can't complain.

Been to the gym. Did legs and shrugs. I'm still finding my way around the gym. Once I've got an idea of what's there and what is used and not used I'll start my new routines. For now I'm just bumbling along.

Another cycle to the gym.

I started some weights on legs again to ease my knee back into normality - it felt good during but afterwards was a killer.
I then did intense body weight exercises and a lot of shoulder weights

Cycle home and I nearly run over a little dog that tried to attack my bike the little F*beep*K
