I always figure you feel better doing sommit than laying in bed like a misery guts.

But I can totally see the point in an office environment....when I worked in flooring, if you were ill, you weren't allowed past the warehouse office door.

Similar experiences here, my boss is great in most respects but the common cold is merely something to be worked through, but my old company was totally onboard with staying away with a cold - apparently giving a cold to a customer wasn't very good PR, this one for all its positives doesn't give a stuff about that.

Ducati Forum god there up tight (swear)

Been a member a week and told off twice already.

Once for advertising something for sale without paying to do so.

And once for posting up a 10% discount code for everyone to use and benefit from.

The moderator is on you within 5 minutes of posting anything he doesn't like.

Totally different dynamic to here. Guess I will have to read the bloody rule book before posting (gah)

Absolute breath of fresh air being on here (lol) and the total opposite of the Italian dictatorship (devil)

Piss easy to wind some of them up. There are a few uptight ones who believe they know everything about everything. So I wind them up some more. :D

There are some good people too though.

Some model/marque forums cab be very uptight.

The z1000sx one has some patronising know it alls. They have to tell you how you ride and how anything not right is your fault. Feckers never ride though.

Ah ok. I was put onto Ducati.ms by a mate that is into his dukes, it's a good source of info but I haven't posted there at all.

The Aussie Kawasaki forum I belong to is pretty dead. I visit about once every two weeks and can catch up in about 5 mins. Posted about doing mid week rides from Sydney and it got highjacked by some Victoria guys for organising their rides but I never heard from anyone local.

WTF.. Hopefully your insurance doesn't just immediately offer 50/50 to close the case quickly.

You can't dictate to your insurance company how they run your claim
