Staying in, eating, drinking tea, watching crap films and every so often looking outside at the falling snow.

Mowed lawns, cleaned the pool, had Christmas leftovers for lunch, kids had an afternoon swimming then spent the evening a few houses down having the annual neighbourhood Christmas bash!

Staying in the warm.

Why the **** are people trying to take their cars out in this? Unless they have an important job there is zero point at all.

It's finally started snowing down this way, probably only get a dusting but it's cheered the kids up.

where are you D6Nutz?

I'm going to go out to clean the car, sounds ridiculous but the windscreen is supposed to being replaced tomorrow so they won't want a dirty car to work on.

Not good at the moment. Even the motorways are only passable with a lot if care. Until it stops snowing the roads won't clear.

I've had to abandon my daughter at her friends house. She stopped there last night. I'm not risking picking her up and bringing her home.

Putting our led light net up in the dining room ceiling, whilst the snow was piling up outside, about 3 inches in around 6 hrs, every B road and above is at a standstill. It’ll be carnage in the morning.....

I've emailed work and told them in only going in if it's safe to drive. It's still snowing here and my road is quiet and not gritted. It's a 70 mile round trip and one I would prefer not to have to do.

Cancelled tomorrow mornings meeting. Will see how the roads are in the morning before deciding what to do. The drive home on Friday evening was very treacherous and I have no desire to do that again if the roads are not safe.

Fly out for my work commute tomorrow, so my typical mad Monday trying to organise and clean the house and my life before I leave. Got my work ahead of me as the Christmas weekend has left my house in a right state!! Think the Christmas tree will be staying up till I get back. Luckily I got the yard work squared away yesterday.
