As a spectacle it would be a good idea, but would they be able to find enough run off? I couldn't see Rossi or Marquez racing Macau for instance..

yeah, safety would be the thing. They may ride at over 200mph but that's only because they know they won't hit anything too hard, An airbag box is a lot softer that a bale of hay or a garden fence.

Saying that, mid Devon would be a great venue and they have my vote if they wan't to go past my front door.

They do 200+mph at the TT.

Get them road the island. Plenty of run off just ask Conor Cummins (giggle)

They would just have to learn and control their bikes just like the TT racers not to go wide. These road racers go fast but at the same time they keep their bikes under control not to slide off and hit the road kerbs. To me these road racers are the real properly skilled heros and not the cicuit racers. 8)
