£20k is being mentioned a lot. Nothing confirmed yet.

210hp and 137nm torque.

Blimey. You have to really want that power to spend that as there is plenty of competition. I admire Kawasaki for doing it though. Supercharging is way better from a maintenance and reliability standpoint too.

It'll be comfortable, rammed full of tech and fast. I don't think it'll be as big a seller as the SX, because that's already quick enough and is a bargain, but I can see it selling reasonably well. The busa did alright.

I suppose they did turn the boost down then hence cooling not being an issue.

I'm sure it will be an astounding mile muncher but that's a lot of money

No idea Cav, it's only just been unveiled this morning so there's not much information about it yet.

I'm just going off the quoted power figures being lower than the H2. Boost would be the easy option - it's what they do on cars.

I suspect they are worried about fuel consumption as well. No point having a tourer if it's only going to do 125 miles before needing a fill up.

Surely a 30L tank will fix that ;)

Engine is tuned for "mid-range".

SX gets more torque; 137.3Nm at 9500rpm, 6.8Nm more than the H2.

Compression ratio upped from 8.5:1 to 11.2:1

SX has new cylinders, pistons, cylinder head, camshafts and a different supercharger.

Colour TFT display with ‘touring’ and ‘sports’ modes.
Display has throttle and brake position and a G-force meter.

SE Model has higher spec:

It has taller screen and improved equipment levels. Add-ons include cornering lights mounted in the sides of the fairing. They illuminate in three stages as bank angle increases.

Traction control is standard on both versions, but the SE also has launch control and an up and down quick-shifter.

Boost is great ..... Straight through pipe will let the motor breath and it will be a weapon. I like the idea going back to busa hyper bike days good touring bike that will make wee come out when you want
"80mph" sorry officer I possibly could not have done that I'm no Valentino Rossi.

Jeez that looks massive! I quite like it, wouldn't buy it though but I think it would be a reasonable seller
