Seriously though, I must be quite lucky round here as, generally, they aren't bothered about bikers. I think I've only once been asked to take my lid off.

I think they run the gamut....at least here in Cali.

But to be fair I don't think gas-station attendants in general are pushing the evolutionary envelope in any significant areas of frontal lobe development.....
Not too many Werner Von Brauns 'swelling the ranks' on their vacation days, in other words.
