3 attempts made to take me out this morning. The best was a large round about before the M42. Woman pulled out, didn't even see me until I had to dart on the inside of her car between her and the island. Stupid cow.
The other two were lane switchers.
Must be a Monday morning thing.

... front wheel off and unbolted the brake disks to have a proper look. One of them is bent. Properly bent. No way was that disc like that last year before the end of the season. Dull and boring ride into work today.
I spent the journey trying to decide if I should get a new rear tyre before I go to France or after. The jury is undecided but before seems to be winning at present.

Shoulders and traps. Morning session went well, used the same weights as before I burnt out. Feel like I could go up to the next weight next week. Lunchtime session saw me again lifting the same as I did before the burn out, but this time with the rest period ...
