Re: Seamless gearbox on a road bike?

Fair enough.. Aprilia only updated the RSV last year though so why would they be updating it already? that doesn't make sense to me. As for Honda, they've had patents on DCT gearboxes for a while now but they're still very heavy; hence why the seamless ...

... to get over the bridge and into my country roads. The bike felt like an old glove. I got plenty used to the Pikes Peak model I hired in NZ last year, so it didn't take long to feel comfortable. I like that it's a fookin quick bike but every sees 'grandpa' when they look at you. Kids like it, ...

... money on Aprilia. The firm might be still feeling its way into the top ranks of MotoGP but it’s had a seamless shift transmission since last year thanks to a licensing deal from British engineering firm Zeroshift. Importantly, as well as permitting Aprilia to build Zeroshift seamless gearboxes ...

"If he can make it, I can make it"

I had that for the first time at Pembrey this year; someone on an R6 who does racing came past me. He helped pull me along a bit and I ended up being half a second or more faster a lap (that's alot on a 1 minute lap!). Best trackday I've been on

Mallory Park 2016-06-26 - a Nutz point of view

So having not ridden the track bike since Jerez last year I was itching to get back out on track again, and I really do have a thing for Mallory. It's an easy track to learn so you really can use session to work on more than one section of the track ...

Ii agree, I don;'t think 16 and 17 year olds should be given the vote. Turn out for the under 25s was 25%. I doubt that many 16 or 17 yr olds would be interested.
