Re: Does anyone know the A82 in Scotland?
Im originally from Glencoe area. Ive done this run plenty, and i still enjoy it. There is a bikers stop at the green welly at Tyndrum, and always full with bikes. If your dates suit mine, i could do part of the journey with you. Applecross is miles away. another days riding.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Received my bikes injectors back from a clean out service. Good print out, and explanation of work done. I sent it as a unit, got it back in individual packaging. Now i need to check the manual to rebuild. Fingers crossed, i get it right.

Thats amazing footage for 13 years ago.
I went for the first time 5 years ago. I have been 3 times since, and have booked for October with Circuit Moto. So looking forward to an excellent track.

Re: Youth or experience?
I was a youngster once, but never gave an opinion on someone who had experience, as i thought they knew everything. As I've got older, i give everyone a voice, as I've learnt somethings from the youngsters.
I don't have much time for youth energy levels, based on a percentage I've seen.

Re: 2017 Honda Fireblade SP
Blade - First of all with the Quickshifter I personally felt like I knew what I wanted and was pretty straight forward when selecting the gear, however I suppose that would be down to the person I felt like I was selecting no different to how I would select with any other bike. It was quick, instan...

Re: What are you Listening to today???
Was at croft today, the weather was dry, damp, wet, dry, wet, damp. So i needed to chill, with some tunes, rather than keep changing the wheels. My best relaxing option was, Booth and the bad angel. I never listened to the track day riders prediction on what the weather was going to do.

Re: Weekend plans
Tonight, I've got the pleasure of my wife nagging, being on the inter web. Reduce the pain, having a drink. Tomorrow, taking the bike out for a 5 hour blast. route planned already. No wife. Sunday, heading to East Fortune race track to watch my buddies racing in the Scottish Championship. Wife in to...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Took the bike to Croft race circuit. Morning session muted, and disappointing as a few people passed me in the Advanced group. Changed the rear sprocket up 1for the afternoon. What a difference, 1 guy passed me, but i followed him round for the full session, Had opportunities to pass, but i thought ...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Sent the bike for a dyno run. Got a phone call, asked what has been done to the bike. It just jumps into limp mode, My understanding was they could sort any bike, as they have trained personnel, for setting up the dyno. Only thing i know for sure, i pay by the hour, 50 scrouts. Money spent on shit e...

New speeding fines
Well as I'm sure we have read or heard about the new imposed speeding fines. England and Wales. The more money you earn the more you pay, is this a fair approach to road safety, or a circumstance of you've got money, you can pay for the people who can't. I could explain why this is unfair, but lets ...

Re: Unmarked Police Bikes
Hey....how did you know it was a Police bike if it was unmarked??? Because these bikes don't stand out, the rider is the most obvious to detect. It's been awhile since this used to be the case, but I think they need to wear a hi-vis jacket and a white helmet. The best way to confirm it's an unmarke...

Put a new fairing set on the track bike. Purchased new Alpha seat unit, and fitted. Changed the oil.
Cleaned and polished, looks mint. Also placed my new Tank slap decals onto the bike.

Re: D6Nutz's next bike
Took a test ride on the new blade, interesting. Its a fair few pennies. Nice and smooth delivery on the throttle, easy to deliver over and above the speed limit. Change the mode on the move, is good. Im running my grey matter over the purchase of the SP. The part exchange pricing is crap. Lets see w...
