Re: The new improved fitness thread
I broke 80 Kg last break at home. Think it was the week in NZ drinking and eating that did it. Heaviest I've ever been. When I moved out from the ex I was 72 kg. But the lack of stress and being loved up again, coupled with lack of exercise due to the running injury have piled it on me. This whole s...

Ex wives. :@ When we split we made an agreement no one would look after the kids when we each had them, except the other parent or her parents. They live close and I have no family in Australia. So this break I have two nights in one weekend in the whole four weeks I'm home where she has the kids. J...

Excellent result.....speaking in front of a group of people can be VERY nerve-wracking. It can be and I was terrified of it at his age. I now give presentations to 100+ people on a weekly basis while Offshore as a Safety Rep and feel quite comfortable doing so. I've had formal training through my c...

Re: What are you doing today ??
Today was my little girls 8th birthday, missed it by a matter of days as I'm home on Wednesday. Got a couple of phone calls into her and plan to spoil the pants off her when I get back. But something else made up for the disappointment of missing Jorja's birthday. Last break home Byron was tasked (a...

Well won't be drinking it till next week, but just ordered a litre of 'Star of Bombay' and 'Tanqueray Ten' duty free to pick up on way home. I'm not a huge fan of either of their base gins but let's see how these premium ones taste.
