MV Agusta Rivale 800

mv-agusta-rivale-800-out-for-open-day-road-testing-photo-gallery_9.jpg While my taste for many bikes changes like the eb and flow of a twisting river my eyes always return to a select few.. this is one of them. This is a bike which, to me, has a character unrivaled by ...

... ? Ohlins front and rear, 113bhp and 72fl/lb of torque. 178kg dry weight. Forged wheels. Shakey Byrne tweeted the other day its one of the most fun bikes he has ridden ever. Whilst i wont have enough talent to ride it like he does, its still all relative. Matt Wildee, PB editor rode it today and ...

Too many desirable bikes out there and not enough time and money to enjoy them.

Re: 2016 ZX10R

I think I'm pretty much decided that I'm keeping the ZX6R long term as my sportsbike. It's not got the rider aids most bikes have, which are very tempting and I would love to have, but I like the 600 and I'm spending time and money on it which I'll never get back if I sell it. It's ...

... yet she got a better deal!! I don't tend to go with companies I hear of I go to price and what I get out of it. Eg MCE were great on both times I bikes got nicked they didn't let me down at all either time. And settled up in the time they stated they had to wait.

Re: Bike Insurance

Bewiser? Don't. Just don't. A few years ago I had a quote from Be Wiser for two bikes - cbr600rr and a brand new zx6r. I wanted a single policy, fully comp. No problem. They came in cheaper than anyone else and Carole Nash (who I was with) couldn't match them. I ...

Bike Insurance

Ringing round for quotes and using the comparsion websites and one thing I m noticing is prices seem to have increased quite a bit (n) Bikes and me are older and other elements that effect the premium are identical so can only assume the increase in bike theft is driving everyones Premiums ...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

I've replaced the damaged hardware so just have to patch the fairing up. Be a couple of days work if I could get to it. Seems like I may be back in the house with in the next month so it'll be easier to get work done on the bikes.

Out of retirement ?

Not unusual to see him about testing/riding different bikes, it is however a little strange to see him in the full liveried leathers

... This isn't a dig or anything I know that we have varied riders here so just want to know how long people take to start missing being out on your bikes and if sometimes even when it's cold out do you ever just want to swing one leg over and take her out for a blast?!
