Now my suggestion to combat this behaviour would be start an instrgram account titled "BikethiefSH1Tkickers"

They've sent me a label today so I can post them off.

I've ordered a pair of RST gloves to tide me over while the Five gloves are getting repaired or replaced.

Cheers kwacky will give those techniques a try. To explain my problem is not getting to sleep tbh it's getting back to sleep. I typically wake about 2am and my mind becomes active and then I can't get back to sleep. The more I can't sleep the more I get annoyed ...
