I was 13.8 st before xmas mate....i had a tum like a lager swilling lout. It was all food....i love my food.

Down to 12.4 now...want to get to 12 st before my hols, then i can pig out mate.

Eating super clean mon-fri, no carbs, sugar, limited fats, high protein. Seems to be working mate. I miss my bread though......

I'm looking forward to my 2 days of eating anything i want! Donner Kebab for me tomorrow, with chili and garlic mayo... side order of garlic bread with cheese. Sunday, out for lunch with fambo for another plate load of foodadge.... Yum. That's all i live for these days, my weekends of sin free eating.

So what's everyone up to? I might go the gym. I might not. I'll see how I feel. To be honest on a Friday my wife takes our son to Taekwondo fight club, so it's a nice couple of hours when me and my daughter spend some time together. We usually just sit and chat or share music and browse silly stuff ...

... if I'm not happy I'll leave it at home but really don't want to use public transport, if the insurance company don't get me a courtesy bike by the weekend I'll get the cb1r ready to use for commuting for a while.

these look good (not visually) for winter on a scooter, the leg covers I'm on about. I saw people using them in paris for the first time at the weekend.

I was riding high in 4th. I've dropped to 8th.

... to try and achieve another 2000mtrs in 10 minutes again I've also cut down on my calorie in take and eating/drinking healthily. After the first weekend, I was aching ... so much so that I had to drop myself from the darts team as I still couldn't lift my arm to chuck a dart but after this week, ...

... by this place I believe, seems the customer service has taken a real dive, along with the ride outs (as told by a Harley couple I met at the weekend at the M'head BMW open day. They need that much space,, not for bikes but most likely the clothes lol
