Could you imagine the state of the housing market if we saw anything like those interest rates? Considering the panic we see with people when they announce a rise of 0.25% I dread to think what would happen The banking system would collapse as there would be too much default. Problem for economists...

Both Blade Runner movies over the weekend. The first one wasn't as good as i remember. The new one is better than the old one IMO. That might be controversial, but the story is better and clever.
