Sunday roast after a long journey back to the uk. Very needed.

Had a Sunday roast today. Duck and gammon were on the menu. the duck was supposed to serve 3-4. I reckon I could've tackled it myself. It was nice, but having the gammon as a back up was a good idea.

Very rare roast beef, with all the bits and pieces, now drinking a cafetière of coffee and eating some of my dark chocolate Easter Egg.

Mrs Gee has just made some Bara Brith for later on.....

Smoked salmon and creamy scrambled eggs for breakfast, but unlike Kwacky I was a lazy tart and had it handed to me.

We've got some beef mince left in the fridge so its homemade burgers tonight.

Cooked myself a full English. Mrs Kwacky is enjoying a child free house and having a lie in.

Cooking be bothered to cook so had a chicken kebab!!

Had a fish finger sandwich for Good Friday dinner. I had nailed nearly half litre of gin by that time and it was all I could be bothered cooking.

Same here Blade, lemon & lime salmon and Cajun flavoured potato wedges with sweet corn on the side.

Mrs Gee made us some hot cross buns earlier today as well.

It's Good Friday so enjoying some nice fresh fish for tea

What can I say - I'm hallucinating and seeing eggs. Thats me all over today.

Having a sudden protein yearning and went on a fridge raid, demolished a whole pack of pastrami...... Now thinking about the pack of prosciutto and whether it'll be missed.

... flavour. I don't mind black pudding, but don't keep any in the house. No egg though, I'm allergic to them. Lasted until 3 pm before I felt like eating again.

Just had a bacon and runny egg sarnie in thick cut bread, food of the gods !!!!!

I could just eat that now! But where's the black pudding? (I see the egg hiding under the toast though.)

P.S. Another vote for butter here - too many chemicals in "spreads" for me, plus I don't like the flavour.
