The NHS is in a state because it's being purposefully underfunded by a Tory government that wants to privatise it. New Labour started the process by introducing PFI and privatising services like catering, laundry etc but the Tories will finish it.

It hurts a lot less when I am on my feet but being on my feet all day gives me other pain and injuries so it's hard to find the right balance I just spoke to my boss who is very understanding and said my job is open forever but they won't pay me ...

... There is a huge difference from stopping and asking if the person is alright to rolling on the floor fixing someones bike. To me biking is as much being part of a large community / friendship as much as riding.
