My Christmas jumper for the Toy Run next week. Was going to pick up a father Christmas costume but I've done that for a few years do fancied the jumper instead over my one piece which I think will keep me warm enough with thermals on underneath

Tyres switched to angels too. Was a weird feeling going from newish super corsas to slightly squared tyres. You normally go the other way.
Next job is to put my low boy race system on

... blonde bimbo :D Just a heads up, the present occupant of the cafe is terminating her lease in February 2018. The people who run the antique place next door own the cafe, so will be looking for someone else to take it over, it may be closed for a while.

My road was clear this morning and no ice/frost on the cars so I thought it was going to be ok. 2 roads later and there was ice about so I tiptoed into work. I'm not in work tomorrow. I'll keep an eye out on the weather next week but it is looking like it's car season for me.

warmed up with deadlifts then did a mixed back and shoulder routine, most of which was on cables.
I was doing low rows on the machine but a bloke used the machine next to me and he stank, really really bad, so I had to move. Dirty fecker.

... points. I would say that you would not get enough out of a race school as you are faster than many already and need one to one to take it to the next level. I would also add that what Simon Crafar teaches is actually at odds with what CSS teach at times. You also have to do CSS in the 1,2,3,4 ...
