... gone for a motobatt, Yuasa have served me well but the advertised 20% extra CCA and a 2 year warrenty is appealing. Lets hope it arrives before next Sunday and the bike "just works" after that,

Yep. It was a case I bought last year. Somehow it's disappeared tonight. Next weekend we will be in Bologna eating and drinking proper Italian food and drink. Can't wait.

Well. Won't be riding it for the next few days! 43-45 degC forecast. Once was enough. Hopefully it'll cool down enough next week to get out on it while the kids are at school.

To be honest if I go to a supermarket I very rarely use the biking bays. I tend to park right next to the building, against a wall, out of the way. Less chance of it being knocked over. In cities though it's a different matter. Parking spaces for bikes are very limited. ...

A thorough testing of the new dog harness.
Followed by a hasty packing up of the kitchen, as we found out today that we're having a new kitchen fitted on Monday.
Which has been scheduled to take up to 15 working days.
