I'm an Sdoc100 fan. It works for me. Doesn't look like we can get that here (and postage from U.K. Isn't economical) but from reading about it, it's a dry lube like DeeGee recommended. Did a mod on the Multi rear brake. The rear brake was non-existent, wouldn't even hold the bike on a hill at a stop.
