We had a Chinese takeaway last night...still stuffed even now!!

It is now scientifically proven that blokes who eat small steaks can't hang on to a woman....

A 12oz steak is bigger than I'd normally eat.

I'm starting to see a pattern emerging, here.

So this morning I missed breakfast and spent it doing what bears do in the woods.

Hunters chicken potatoes and veg

Fish and chips

Meh. Reverse incline crunches > Not eating/throwing up.

Personally speaking, of course.

I have already offered Kwacky chicken soup elsewhere.

Tune in again tomorrow, when Kwacky and will I answer another one of life's big questions!
