It’s just the training. We drill minimum once a week offshore so just of practice. So when a situation c...

Re: Monkey brain or leadership brain?
When it comes to emergency situations, due to my training at work (rescue, fire fighting, BA etc) and stepping up to Fire Team leader, I have managed to control the monkey brain. It has come in handy a few times in my private life too when shite has gone pear shaped.

Re: Panigale V4 race exhaust sound
Worth going to 15 minutes in and watching how the new Ohlins suspension works and can be adjusted. It now gives you more of what you want to feel rather than restricting you to numbers on a dial for compression and rebound damping. Totally agree Duke, the event based suspension tuning is a leap for...

Re: Weekend plans
Long weekend here (not that it makes much difference to me ) due to Australia Day today, lots of hi-jinks and drinking were had (see what you are doing today thread)
Tomorrow is clean up and recovery.
Sunday is a run up the coast to see Jess’ parents for the day with all the kids.

Re: Whats the best job you,ve ever had?
For pure enjoyment my best job was while in the RNZAF and had a posting to Nowra, Australia. We were a small Sqn and like a family, everyone chipped in, commissioned and non-commissioned barely had the divide it had in normal service. I got to see a lot of Aussie as we exercised around the country o...
