I have an AFAM rear sprocket made of Aluminium which seems to wear just as good as any steel sprockets I've used before... Renthal seem to be readily available in many sizes too, especially for front sprocket. As for chains, I always use a DID XW-ring chain... by far the best chain ...

Finished my 8 hours of work, now I'm sat at my desk completing Uni work for another 2 hours before going home and getting ready for football practice.

The joys of part time study with only 1 less module in a year than a full time student !!!

... throughout the day (I feel incredible on these days). On a normal gym day I have about 1800 calories focusing on keeping carbs lower. The night before football I will have a high calorie evening meal in preparation for the next day. I feel much better for doing this already

Looks good kwacky! Will work a treat that bud! Nath had it done on his gsxr k6 1000 before and I had 4 sessions at Cadwell and 2 at aintree, same spring and revalve done, it handled sublime, nearly as good as the 675 [emoji106]
