... still handles, goes like snot if you desire and has modern electronics and looks pleasing. And if I put all my luggage system on it it carries way more (and well) than a HD.

Awesome bike but horrendous colours.

They lost there way after the 2014 model imo. Both 15 and 16 RF models have been OTT in looks.

... where he stops to talk with the Police is very questionable IMO. Good on him for being observant but not sure that gives him an excuse to ride the way he does in a built up area where a child could step out from between parked cars at any moment.

I've posted about the Mongrels before on here. I think it was to do with a funeral for one of their guys. I found out the hard way they don't like to be overtaken on their bikes, when I was in my early 20's on my RZ250r I was sitting behind one on his Harley going thru' a gorge I knew ...

Using feeler gauges I measured 0.5mm of clearance between the wheel hub and the brake caliper body. Have you span the wheel all the way around to check it clears across every part of the wheel? Wheels are not perfectly round and parts flex and move in application. We've been caught out ...
