Doesn't F1 have the RPM control thing in the pit?? I know that NASCAR (greatest car series ever created!!...not.) implemented sommit like that after a pit crew caught fire...same thing with helmets, 'fire retard(ant)' suits, etc. I honestly think a pit is more dangerous than the track itself....at ...

Oh spuds. I can only echo what kiwi said, the kids are key. You also need to realise if it's over to look after yourself mentally and financially. I'm suprised she wants you gone when you've been so very supportive of her and the kids. To be honest your doing the right thing ...

Getting to the 10th rep usually sees me with pins and needles in both arms and my wrists really hurting! I can't take it on the shoulders ...

Shoulders today.
After my right one going all spazzy last week I thought I'd take it easy...

Front end knock
After mine and Kwacky's short flight and subsequent hard landing my bike has developed a knock when I brake. Could be the pads moving in the callipers but thinking the headstock bearing might need adjusting.
Anyone know a way of testing the bearings without lifting the front wheel off the ground?
