Anyway wheels, tyres and angle valves are at the tyre shop now so bring on Happy New Tyres Day!

Can't say how happy I will be to get rid of those Bridgestone's. Horrible horrible profile!

... I checked the last service bill and it said the seals needed replacing and test riding to be done. I'll raise this with them tomorrow yet like I say they've been nothing but accommodating with the various parts needed so far. I just want to ride it and enjoy not be stuck without it or working ...

Been looking at a job in a food factory, or should I say abattoir.....I had to play dodgems with pigs on a line, dripping blood all over my back.....Yuk! Getting the hairs burnt off, then gutted and all the bits hanging out...and truck after truck ...

Cav although I would never say qualifications are unimportant if there in an area you don't wish to be employed then your wasting your time pushing on to a higher level of qualification imo. . The counter argument is that a degree is expensive, ...

May be you would Monty and I respect that. All I can say is what I have been saying as it actually happened and yesterday on the roads we rode I had to work my bike to the limit of its performance to stay with another bike of greater performance riding ...

LOL all said in tongue and cheek, but I disagree with you on the the power deficit riding in the Peaks. I'd say a decent rider on a 450 single would leave you both for dust. Speaking from the experience of being left in the dust in the Alps by the locals on Husqvarna's! I know ...

Never been pulled for it but even when I got pulled while wearing it they didn't say a thing - even though it was at night.

I don't wear a black visor now anyway, I wear a light smoke - useable in every condition
