To be honest the majority of the bikes there yesterday were not that noisey. The V4 with standard cans almost whirs by. There was one V4 with the race exhaust that made some noise, all the Desmos did and a very few of the Panigales who had full race systems on.

I suspect V4 owners might need to think about looking after their tyres on track, just as a racer would. Make sure they are up to temperature before really going for it. There were a few who appeared to be pinning it from the off. I noticed the CSS V4 bikes only had Rosso Corsa 2s on but they didn't...
