... she wont put me down lol) It was nice knowing you mate... ;) There is a lot of personal taste when it comes to bikes. I had a naked for a year and never really got on with it, ok it was and XJR so had the performance and handling of a small tank. But, I always came back from the ride knackered. ...

My mrs was really up for it when we were out with her family over there and when we got back but its been a year on now and I think she thinks along the same lines as missing the family that is over here. I enjoy moving about and change though. Ideally id ...

One year I was at a new firm and just before the Christmas party we were sent an email telling us what we could and couldn't get up to. There was a code ...

Did a 6.4mile run yesterday after work (aim was 10K minimum) and longest run I've done so far this year. Finished in 48 mins 30sec. which works out at just under 7min 40 miles. Not too bad as course was quite hilly. More enjoyable too as it went along contry roads so nicer ...

Some bloke (I assume the fugle Dad) saying about a 20 year old wanting to have a fight and see how big he is etc and of course everyone needs to follow them outside to provoke the argument/fight. Why do ...

50 is fine. My in-laws are both in their 80s this year and they've got a better social life than me.

I don't think his bike is good enough for that this year. In terms of performance they all seem to be a bit closer to each other. Even on that massive straight no one was really pulling away.

I'm aiming to finish the City2Surf (14km) in under an hour this year (did 65.27 last year) so thats a 6.50/mile average (with hills) I need to get too. I've been punching out that pace over 5 km on the treadmill ...
