Just fitted some r&g aero crash bungs,they don't seem to stick out much so not sure how much protection they are going to give

Went for a great ride around Worcester early this morning to get some empty roads,ended up at the Stratford airfield cafe for a sausage sarnie.Then took a loop home ,I'm loving every minute of this bike it's just epic

20mph avg is fast ,aim for around 16-18 mph avg and slowly up the time on the bike.When i raced I never trained in miles but always time on the bike

what a sad existence that somebody has to do drugs like crystal meth to get by in life

i still went for a run last night but had a good stretch before i went.i felt tired but ok,i just have to battle past the tiredness and crack on with it
13 miles seen an impossible target at the moment but ive given myself plenty of time to prepare
