... in my Fiesta's cylinder head as well as replacing all valve stem seals and the 2 exhaust valves I didn't change first time round (turns out they were bent too!!) All in it took about 4 hours including getting the head off the car.

Bit more information. Bought as a bit of a gamble to replace OEM silver mirror covers which are slightly scuffed and the carbon covers were much cheaper than spraying the oem items. The carbon is aboslutely top draw as you would expect from an Official BMW Performance accessory. They retail ...

Took it to test the engine bars were fitted ok. The engine dropped a couple of mm when i removed the engine bolt even though it was ( i thought) chocked properly underneath.
Seems fine and what was supposed to be a half hour test became and an hour and half ride.
